First, the classic choice is a custom perfume spray. For example, a 30 ml bottle holds one oil. Meanwhile, the 50, 60 and 100 ml bottles let you blend up to five oils. In addition, we engrave a name for free on eligible bottles, so check the eligible bottles when you order.
You can build it in our custom perfume builder, and we ship it the next business day. Or, if you live nearby, make it with us in Paterson in about 20 to 30 minutes instead.
Start with what they already wear, because that tells you the most. For example, check the bottle on their dresser. Also think about how they usually smell: sweet, fresh, woody or spicy. Then bring that bottle to the store, and we’ll try to build something like it with you. Still, we can’t promise an exact match.
Shopping from home? In that case, browse the SWID Oil Library first. For instance, it lists single-note oils such as Rose Vanilla, Vanilla and Vanilla Leather.
Some people would rather choose their own scent. In that case, give them a gift card, or bring them in. Also, walk-ins are welcome, and nobody needs to know anything about perfume. Even “something sweet but not too sweet” is enough to start.
Making perfume together beats dinner and a movie. So walk in together and make a bottle side by side. Otherwise, book the Romance Experience, a date night for two in the store.

Some people prefer oil to spray. So for them, we make an 8 ml dipstick oil and a 50 ml perfume oil. Both are alcohol-free, and both come in the scent you choose. However, we don’t offer engraving on these oil bottles online.
Also, a small custom travel spray fits in a car, a gym bag or an office drawer. It also works well as an add-on to a bigger gift.
Next, our custom car scent is a car diffuser filled with the scent you choose. As a result, they’ll think of you every time they drive.
Similarly, our 45 ml scented hand sanitizer is practical, and it comes in the scent you pick. It also uses 80% ethyl alcohol, and the refillable bottle has a keychain.
